Why should it be accepted: As the title suggests, admins should be allowed to permanently ban a cafe's IP address if we catch (let's say) 3 or more cheaters from that cafe. Why? Because you can never know that who was behind the screen using cheats, and most importantly, it's completely useless to ban a single account in a cafe. They can restart their router and claim that some one else was cheating every single time. This makes it extremely easy for cafe players to use tools like aimbot, keybinds, teleport and every possible cheat you could think of. I don't know WHY is it allowed for them to cheat anytime they want and get away with it?? If there is 1 cafe and 4 players, how could you possibly know that who is cheating? And most importantly, how can the cafe members claim that they didn't know that who was cheating? Like do people randomly come to their cafe, open SAMP and think, "Oh yeah, this server be fine, let me install aimbot and destroy everyone's playing experience". And each day, someone comes, uses cheats and gets banned. Then other players of the cafe make an unban application, "Sorry, we didn't know someone was using cheats". Yeah sure...... random people walking on the street decided to check out the cafe, then SAMP, installed cheats, and abused them on LSRCR. Pretty believable... It's pretty obvious, and even admins know that, it was one of the existing player who uses cheats on an alternative account for fun, gets banned, abuses the cafe system because currently you don't ban cafe's IP address, only the account and then comes clean on his main, and you will never ever know who it was. It's better to permanently suspend LSRCR's service to such cafes. If this is implemented, I guarantee the number of aimbotters and keybinders would decrease.

Also, it's completely useless to gather evidence against cafe cheaters;
1. because catching a cheater (mostly aimbotter) requires extremely solid evidence, which takes a very long time to gather;
2. even if you are able to catch them, they are going to come back with a new account and a stronger toggle-able un-detectable German engineered aimbot, and guess what? you won't be able to do anything about it, repeat from step 1, forever

I didn't even specifically talk about your cafe, you edited your reply because you knew that there was a cheater from your cafe, and you probably know who he is, but you won't report him because he is your friend or whatever.... Anyway, I prefer quality over quantity so please I don't mind having 0 players, it's better than having 5 cheaters

As much as I know it would ruin our player counts... I sadly agree. I have so many hours of video of aimbots from cafe, and as soon as one gets banned... he's right back on another account and usually coming at me making sexual remarks, DMing, being rude, spamming... and no one can do shit about it. I think a better idea though would be rangeban the cafes, and force the owners to pay 50 USD for EACH unban. Someone gets banned? $50! Second person banned? Another $50. They pay, or they lose all their SAMP customers. They won't want to constantly pay the fee, so they will get rid of the hackers on their own.

I agree with you actually it's unfair and sucks to play with many cheaters so playing with nobody better than cheaters

Although I’m fearful that this would lower the playercount towards the point of rendering the server unplayable.

On the other hand, if the server relies on cheating cafes, then maybe it’s good to reconsider the current state of things as a whole and the future for a SAMP-based Lsrcr.
