Blackouts - Get temporary rights!

Hi, lately, asking for rights thingy in the server has increased a lot which is against LSRCR rules and it's very annoying as well so we've decided to bring a system from where you can request for temporary rights for a small amount of donor items to avoid these messages in-game. If you're found asking for rights more than once in-game then you'll be permanently blacklisted from this program.

Here on this topic, you can request for temporary rights by filling a form. There're some Terms & Conditions and requirements which you can find at the bottom of this topic.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2000 score.
- Minimum of 100 hours playtime.

If you meet the requirements, please transfer the 3 Jailcards to the 'Blackouts' account.

Terms & Conditions:

- You should never ask for rights In-Game.
- You can have temporary rights only once a two months.
- Your payment is non refundable.
- Your temporary rights will expire in 7 days.
- You may not ask Blackouts management to look at your request.
- If you are caught breaking any server/group rule in the meantime, you will be immediately removed from the group.
- You've to refill weapons rack at least two times after getting accepted for the program.
- Your payment can only be refunded if your request was dismissed.
- Anyone who meets the requirements is allowed to apply which includes TGOLS & Renegades members as well.

Blackouts management has the ultimate right to deny your request without stating a reason. If you agree to all of these Terms & Conditions, then please proceed with copying the template otherwise Ctrl+W.
