Permanently ban cafe IP if many cheaters caught

Hey,
I would like to start that these players from the cafes are human beings and we are not better or smarter than them. I fully agree on the problems they cause the community, starting from ban evasion, to hacking and to overall quantity over quality gameplay. But I don't see a clear solution on banning these players as some of them do have the lsrcr tag while they play on the cafes and if they make the exception that it would be unfair for the rest. If they also get banned it would be unfair for them.

I would like you guys to provide a solution on auto spotting a cafe player, in short words please, if this update were to happen.
Also I would like you opinion on the things I stated above.

The issue there is, what could would autospotting them do? They would still evade and such. A better thing would be lock new accounts of cafe users. Let the confirmed cafe accounts of good players have access, but if anyone from their IP attempts to make a new account, it would be automatically locked. They could even make a forum section to apply for a whitelist. Is that a better idea?

If what you are saying is possible then yeah this idea is actually better, because there is no other solution I think, I know many cafe users and they are very good and loyal and have decent attitude.

Speaking from my experience as an admin and dealing with cafe players on the regular everyday for over a year, I can guarantee that most of us older players are definitely smarter than most cafe players. I don't mean this condescendingly, I speak from experience. A 9 year old who's vocabulary doesn't exist besides from the word "kosmk" is definitely not smarter than the average 20 year old... Of course, there's a lot of great people from cafes who are actually decent human beings.

With all due respect, Geri, and I don't mean to offend you in any way, but this suggestion is a very drastic decision, and I believe that the staff and seniors should be the one to overlook and moderate this suggestion, while eventually accepting/denying. I know all you're doing is keeping people on topic, which I have no problem with, someone's gotta do it while the admins are busy - but I just wanted to voice my concerns on a regular player having the power to accept/deny suggestions with no restrictions (to my knowledge at least). The power to accept/deny suggestions is a power to change the server entirely, and I'm not sure that power belongs in the hands of regular players.

I know this was a bit off-topic, but I wanted this to be voiced publicly.

I understand and I am not going to accept/deny this suggestion, however I said my concerns on how this suggestion could work if it were accepted and as you said, I wanted to keep people on topic.
