it's no from me, why do people evade the server? there's no convienced reason, (hacking = ban = evading) a short explain , admins are doing well also they give chances sometimes, so the system fair enough..

the server will be back full if they make global unbans again and most of evaders and cheating they will stop cheating in server and play normal as evreyone but they should don't unban who's already got more than 3 chances for cheats or smth. i'm talking serious, not because i'm banned talking about that and giving positive to this idea

3 chances is a high number for this, this is a serious situation man 1 chance and enough I think.
Who acts in his unban appeal first time then he gets banned again he won't gain any trust again, because ADMINs will be disappointed of giving him a chance.
Anyways 3 chances or 2 are so high.

What about if he got banned in the first for provoking people when he even was getting provoked and the one who reported him just showing when the other guy insulting then the admins give him another and he blow it and be banned again for another reason ?

The difference between a truly permanent ban, and forgiveness, is two fold: Honesty, and intent.

While I usually do not throw people's business out there, I think [Lsrcr]Deve is a perfect example. He had an hack installed, unintentionally used it, and was banned. But, he intended no harm with it. He was entirely honest about it. He came clean, admitted his mistake, didn't ban evade, and he handled it far more maturely than most of the people banned. When he was unbanned, I forgave him, something I usually do not do for hackers. When he asked about maybe getting the tag, he had my full support. He is someone who is a perfect example of someone who deserves a second chance.

He's also not the only one. I myself was once perm banned from Ls-rcr because I told [Lsrcr]Immortal what I thought of him at the time, and was not at all nice about it. I disagree with many of staff's opinions, and I am not afraid to voice those objections. Granted, I did go too far, but so did he. Thankfully CXdur decided to give me a second chance, and I've done well with it (current tag removal not included). I still object to many of staff's sides on things, and while I am still vocal, I voice those opinions in a more polite way. I work with them, instead of going off on them.

So, who SHOULD be unbanned, at current? Honestly, I cannot think of many. Shungirl1 maybe, I feel they could earn a second chance, but I'm also sure they have ban evaded so that does them no favors. I think @Monster@ should be unbanned in the future when he grows up and matures a bit, but those two are the only ones I can really think of to be honest.

But, there are people who should remain banned into oblivion. anyone who used any form of keybind, aimbot, or teleport/airbreak with the express intent to gain an advantage should never be unbanned. I will not, in a million years, support the unban of a true malicious hacker, save the ban being due to admin error. I also would not support the unban of long time rule breakers who have no ability to follow the rules. Hero_dark and Mr.Dollarman are perfect examples of this. They caused far too many issues for the server, and as much as I do hate to say it, as both were my friends, they absolutely deserve their bans, and I would not support an unban for either.

If anything, Ls-rcr has the exact opposite of the issue you present: not enough being done to stop them. You brought up the point of too many evaders, but it's being unintentionally encouraged. I know players with 14 warns, 5 bans, and so on, who STILL are allowed to play. This lack of proper discipline causes them to believe they can get away with it. Furthermore, with staff making it so hard to report, and not willing to investigate detailed reports, many players who abuse things go unreported. And even if you report them, and even if they are found guilty, there is no real punishment. So if they ever do get perm banned, they know staff will not look into them evading unless they cause trouble. I've even been told that by members of staff, that if an evader causes no issues, they won't look into it. (I'll post the screenshots if anyone wants to see the proof!) Really, my opinion is that we need someone who is willing to stand up, put their foot down, and smash the rule breakers with a ban hammer. If someone stood up, took the time, and actually busted them down in a proper manner, most if not all of the issues we have could go away in time. But until then, we as players cannot do much.

To state we do not show leniency to those who violate community guidelines would be largely incorrect and far from the truth. In fact, on some occasions, we have granted far too many chances to players who probably did not even deserve a single second chance. I could name a few examples but I don't think its necessary to go into detail here. My point being, however, is that regardless of how many chances select players get, some fail to learn and therefore continue to rule-break and end up being banned. This means these players end up being suspended from using our services not as a result of a lack of leniency or ''forgiveness'' from our end but rather as a consequence of their own ignorance and actions.

I am sorry I am just talking here about hackers don't bring other reasons for bans please.
