Hello everyone, I wanna to discuss this thing with others if that possible .

Why does everyone hate cafe players?

About SAMP, Was there only three or four persons who plays it in the cafe , I can't mention their names, We started as any new arrivals should be, the fun of the game is our hard try to get 250 score, robbing shops, each other, players.. the needed score is only to rob bank, It's much fun how we purchase a bomb, the waiten heli at the roof, fly fly fly, get your money then re-start the plan, It's a show to the new comers how the server is fun, we learned somethings else, known everything, our cafe has a hater, [shiny] a tunisian player, I didn't know what's the problem of his hate to us, the issues started being annoying when he accused the half of our count for multiple reasons, evading etc. the server adminstration believes him, we started seeing like a one or three bans every single day, the gameplay ruined, that's true not most of them are oppressed but there are the oppressed, after these unfair actions, we decided to stay away from this game for a period, but still needed an explanation, why the hell does everyone hate cafe players? I repeated the same question, we came back after few months, lol see who became adminstrator, [shiny] we tried to keep the gameplay as it was, we didn't talk with him, but unfortunately, he caught what's going on, tped someone of us and started threating him. We do not know if its reportable or no, he remains on doubt, recording our gameplay, banning most of us with wrong reasons.

Some of the banned players maked forum accounts to write unban appeals, but they find him everywhere, If anyone writes an unban, he come with his famous words 'Ban remains'. where's the evidence? nothing, staff protection or what?

let's move on, I presonally got banned by him, but unbanned lately, then got that the most of people hates cafe players, not only tunisians are hated, any cafe in the world. a simple explain. Why some are not playing at their homes? because it's hard for them to earn money in mini age to buy a laptop even a computer

If you be killing the whole day = Aimbotting
If you arrest the whole day = Keybinding.

It's not even an accuse only, applying in anything when you are a cafe player, You will ended up by a negative or denied.

Unfair at all, that called a racism.

As some of cafe players, Cheat, Sharing account, Ban evaders and insulting people for such reasons for example after getting killed or arrested. And i'm with you guys they are bad but they still don't deserve hate at least it's game.

Well, let me make this easy by taking it in sections.

Shiny was booted from the staff with EXTREME prejudice after he leaked classified staff material, insulted users, and banned someone who was innocent. And I know for a fact they are innocent, I helped them build a defense and part of it was them allowing me to do a total sweep of their computer. I found their porn, did not find any hind of an aimbot, not even in downloads from over a year ago. Shiny fucked up, and he's been pretty much outcast from the community. So don't worry about him.

Two things on this...
1: Have your friends appeal, and make it clear SHINY was the banning admin. The staff will review the evidence, because they know he was a prat.
2: As far as where the evidence is, it's not for your eyes, my eyes, or anyone elses eyes. Ls-rcr is the ONLY server I've not been staff on, but I was staff on 3 others, head admin and third in command at one point on one. So, I can tell you this: BE THANKFUL! The Ls-rcr staff have enough on you to truly fuck you up if they wanted. They have enough private details of you (name, location, IP) to make your skin fucking crawl. The absolute last thing you want is an admin to post their evidence, and accidentally dox you.

I know plenty of cafe users who are clean. Very good, but clean. But I could also list off DOZENS who have broken those same rules. And people always are like "oh I'm clean, I no aim!" except... Copsgetarrested, Gwyneth123, Omarflx100, Ertyo, Prutas and a few others all got their asses fucking handed to them when they were caught using aimbot. There is a guy right now who I know for a fact is using an aimbot. In fact, he has a few hacks. One day his ping is 300 and the next it was 60. His aim is very good, and it's pretty clear he's aiming. Staff have seen my videos, and know damn well he is aiming, but he denies it up and down and is extremely toxic, and staff need just a bit more before they issue the ultimate ban on him, but he is being watched and will eventually get banned. He's a cafe user, and when that kind of thing happens again and again, it makes cafes look bad.

I have never judged anyone just because they are from a cafe. Oh sure, most are absolutely toxic little shits, but I know some who are close friends of mine. I judge people on how they treat me, and others. As long as you respect me, aren't rude to me, and don't make my gameplay hell, I don't care who you are or where you're from, I will do what I can to help you should you ever need it.

Tunisians, Egyptians, Palestinians, and Filipinos are not all the same race. So it's not racism. However, I will tell you this about me personally....

You said everyone hates cafe players but only mentioned shiny. The amount of account sharers, rulebreakers, cheaters we get from a cafe makes everyone so mad. They have been given too much freedom, they rulebreak, cheat because they know at max, they will get their account banned, and will be able to play on their main just fine, or make more alts to do the same thing over and over again. This is sad because we can't do anything about it because most of the playerbase, is cafe players. So all we can do is accept that they will never stop and report their alts just so that they can make a new account

If cafe players can abide simple server rules and not take the piss then no one will be complaining. Most of them rulebreak and constantly nag all day.. ruins our game-play to an extent where players of the community don't feel like playing, myself including. It has nothing to do with hate or racism so clear the air now. Why can't ya'll cafe players play fair and be nice..
