Jail cheaters and rule breakers with warning/s

Why should it be accepted: These rule breakers literally don't give an f to rules so let's start ruining their game play by jailing them on every rule break they do. They easily get away with warnings because they can always create new accounts or evade without any fear of being caught. It's difficult for admins to catch a cheater from cafe and ban their accounts. If we will start jailing these rule breakers for a longer time than normal jail time maybe the rule breaks would get low. Minimum 1 jail hour time and maximum 10 hours imo are good.
Some of you might say that how will it stop them from creating new accounts , yeah it won't but at least we will know that which new player has started playing right after an account was jailed so it will become easy to catch them.
This is my opinion on how to stop these rule breakers from creating more trouble, if you have any better ideas feel free to share.

+1, I have seen this idea in another server and it's really good and working with rule breakers, But the maximum time should be 1 day or more.

I agree with the reason yes more banned evaders join the game and when he's becomes wanted go arrest or kill and use /quit and insult the players And break the rules This is positive for me +1

I think we could make it a bit worse...

1: The jail should be custom made, not alca or something. Something that seems fitting, like a circus.
2: Another idea is that should they AFK for 10 or more minutes, they should have their time stop. To get it going again, they would get a RANDOM question about the rules which they need to answer to continue the clock.
3: anyone caught attempting to evade their jail by making a new account gets their new account locked, and their main has ALL money removed, along with all the score. Then they really get screwed for breaking the rules.

it's harsh punishment to remove their money and score, Maybe you can adding more time just encourages more new accounts to evade it.
