So if you ask me about my opinion, I'd have to agree that there's a decent number of them making problems especially UC's, this could be due to their young age and thus lack of maturity, But still, it's not a motive for me to have the same judgment on all players once I hear they're playing in cafes. Because I've also met some that have shown incredible attitude and obeyance toward the server rules.
