The last time I got stunned, I was a cop and was able to arrest everyone who was coming to chainsaw me while I was stunned, I also did not lose any HP. I am also very sure that stungun has same effect on SWAT/Army/LEOs. So if a cop can /cuff and /ar, an army should also be able to do so, and if not, it has to be a bug. Have you tested it?

army is supposed to duel , but when the duel starts , the warrant player would use /stun on him but the army member couldn't do anything while the crim killing him using chainsaw . unfair thing.

What are you talking about ? I am pretty sure I am army member and I can tell you that if you get stunned, you don't lose health and you can arrest suspect.

An army member should kill criminals not send them to prison for stunned
