If the criminal uses the Black market items to stun them, then they're more than justified to arrest the concerned player. Also, It's pretty clear in mateej's video how your stun didn't cause any problems. I don't see your suggestion as a needed one.

What are you saying, the only defense people have against people who try to arrest suspects as an army, to be taken away? Some facts, you can /cuff and /ar while you are stunned, and while stunned, you have unlimited health. I don't know how did you manage to kill someone while he was stunned, but as far as I know, while you are stunned, you will lose armor, but not health (even when someone chainsaws you). It's actually a benefit if someone stunned you and came to chainsaw you, because you CAN /cuff and /ar while being stunned, and you will never die while you are stunned, so it's like a free arrest. -1 [let me know if you can kill get killed while being stunned, as far as I know, that shouldn't happen]

Yeah i am ex-member here and in my opinion i Can see it easily not useful as what beaten said mentioned above So i disagree with that suggestion finally but sure it's up to high command and members if they wants it

Feature of army can't be tunned or shocked same thing.

-1 , There is no point of adding this to army. We cant arrest you constanly, but in some situations arresting is a must.

While under the effect of being stunned, army members cannot use /cuff & /ar commands and are immune to damage. Suggestion is now locked.
