Some restrictions on Cop skin [read-rull]

Why should it be accepted: Due to number of increasing UC accounts, it has been so difficult to play as a criminal in the server because of them continiously bitching. The Cafe players creates UC accounts and constantly asks for rights, once denied they will ruin your gameplay by any means. For instance: Spawn search, specfically targetting the same player, commands abuse, etc. I didn't want to suggest putting restriction on choosing cop skin since my main suggestion was to disallow cafe players from making UC accounts which I believe can't be implement so going for the second best option available right now. This way at least bitching would be reduced since I don't think so these cafes are getting range banned anytime soon.

Perhaps, we could also add a "Whitelisting" system for Police Class selection without meeting the score requirements. Basically, the whitelisting would be done through HWID or IP address (If you've Static IP). The Whitelisted players would be able to create UC accounts and wouldn't need to meet the score requirement to choose the cop skin. [We could add a special skin for them, just like we've one for Detective which requires 50 score to be selected]. I'm suggesting this system for UC players like BeatEn, Uncen, etc. since they do not cause troubles and should not be affected with these restrictions. Although I am not sure if it's possible to implement this system, but why not.

I'm +1 with this suggestion. But, we can amend it with the fact that they should not be allowed to use even criminal class. Let them make some score by using Taxi, Trucker etc skins and after that, once their account becomes over 100 score, they can use both cop/criminal class. This way, we are making people to like other skins aswell.

50 is too less make it above 100 or more to unlock it as players bitches too much lately server is dropping activity drastically since the past years and they make active players lose interest.

Couldn't agree more, With this way we will make the other skins active, bcs they are not currently.

I agree with eternity, but it should be more then 100. You can grind 100 score pretty quick so it will be useless.

If the whitelisting system you suggested can be implemented, then it'd be fair to raise the score condition to even 100. If not, then, 50 score is fair for all players because in my opinion, playing as a criminal helps better in discovering the server considering how there're many features that can be learnt only by playing as a criminal (Bank robbery, Casino robbery, Black market, usage of pimp bomb etc..)

Yes they should to work at crime skin until to get 100 score then they'll be able to use cop skin.

+1, At least we will stop evaders of arresting others and annoying them, Also 90% of newbies don't start with cop skin so it's not necessary for them.
