Why should it be accepted: I've seen a lot of guys complaining about cafe members etc so there was an idea I've been thinking about for a while and wanted to suggest but somehow put it off. And I think it's necessary now, the idea is to reduce the number of accounts created per day either generally or from just one machine by IP
For example: - It is not possible to create more than 3 accounts per day from one computer
Or it's generally not possible to create more than 20 accounts per day in the game, so I think it's a good idea to reduce rule breakers/ban evaders to create more and more accounts. by this way, you can only save the players who are always in the game and not spoil their gameplay, although if 20 accounts are created to crash/destroy the game, you can ban them easily so you can sleep without worry and we can play without cheating until someone real join to play with us and stay without breaking the rules.
If this is implemented, we will not need to call the admins so much, which will bring a state of relaxation for the administrators and the players too to go on with their lives normally without the inconvenience to come to the game, but I don't know. If you can really control the number of people who joins the game daily Or not, if yes, it will make a breakthrough in eliminating these evaders even if it takes time to implement, as it will solve many problems in the future. I think it says alot about the cafe's and the staff than there are like 30 suggestions/discussion/bar topics in the last week about the same issue. It's more ridiculous than a porn star claiming to be a virgin at this point.

+1, as it's an anti-cafe suggestion.
Cafes are the source of 90%+ of the issues Lsrcr is facing, anything to get rid of people that make new accounts every other day only to get banned again would be helpful.

3 NEW accounts from same (in most cases) user in single day is a lot. I believe daily limit should be stricter and we also should have weekly accounts limit from one computer.

This could also help, not 100% sure if that's exactly how it works.

Another good thing could be that you must confirm email before you successfully login 2nd time. Why? Because creating email takes time and you must add a phone number. To continue with creation you need to confirm some code you receive on phone afterwards. You can have just few emails linked to same phone number. It would be good to set that one email can be linked to just one (or maybe two) accounts.

I'll agree with this one, should be more helpful. Or add another way, if he/she wanted to log in for the 2nd time either he/she'll put an email address or his/her phone number.
