Imagine you are new to samp. You see server with cops and robbers mode and you decide to join. First thing you see is you can't choose main classes but you have to play as taxi or trucker. You would think what's this bs and quit. You know why is no one playing as taxi/trucker? Because those jobs are boring. Even if we're just talking about disabling cop class, it's still not fair to an actual new player and he/she will most likely quit.

Just 50 score is a lot for newcomer because they know nothing and have no idea how to get score. But someone who's UC knows that they can go to LV, rob some shops and make even more score in just 1 hour.

Score limit won't stop UCs and ban evaders. I believe it will only stop newbies and make them quit sooner. This is not solution.

And even if your words are correct, in this way we can increase the number of criminals in the game, which is something that we have been suffering for a while because there are many cops in the game (Full list of cops), which will make it proportional and make both classes enjoy.
An example :- If there were 30 officers and only one criminal, will you go for the shop rob or anything that makes you wanted? Absolutely not, because you will be caught by all the officers and you can do nothing with them (they are many), which does not give you a chance to even think about this, but If there were 15 criminals and 15 officers, it is fair to both sides to arrest criminals and kill officers from the other side

I'm +1 with this suggestion. But, we can amend it with the fact that they should not be allowed to use even criminal class. Let them make some score by using Taxi, Trucker etc skins and after that, once their account becomes over 100 score, they can use both cop/criminal class. This way, we are making people to like other skins aswell.

What fucking newbies? I've seen a bunch of alts and evaders, no truly new users though. But I'll give you a chance... name just five new users who have joined in 2021 who are not evaders, alts, UCs, or played years ago.
