According to our rules, he can't vote negative based on UNKNOWN skills or attitude. Your attitude is very well known however, and rather foul. This isn't the first time you've filed bullshit reports because someone said something you didn't like. No action will be taken based on no rule being broken.

Mostafa101, I will however give you the friendly advice of "please be nicer when voting" as the attitude you showed was very rough also, and was uncalled for. For give your opinion and go.
