When did the bug appear: I guess since army VIP was introduced
Describe the bug: If you have VIP packet (dweap) and Army VIP both, then if you use the army VIP kit your injections replenish to 40. With dweap you spawn with 250 injections, and if you take the army VIP kit they should accumulate to 290 but rather it replenishes to 40.

It has always been like that. I don't know if it's scripted like that or bug but I reported it many times and no one took it serious.

I have used SWAT VIP with dweap in past. As far as I remember in SWAT the injections accumulate instead of replenishing. So should be done the same way for Army as well.

Ok; its now fixed to work like the SWAT one. Will deploy to main server on next update.
