Where does the bug appear: (Server)
When did the bug appear: No idea
Describe the bug: Wanted players can use (/stun) against LEOs when Blackmarket protection is still active.
Frequency: (Always)
Severity: (Minor)
Steps to reproduce: Go inside the Blackmarket -> Purchase Cop Bat (/stun) -> Go outside and try to use it on a cop when the Blackmarket protection is still on.

I don't think it's a bug. For years it has been like this, players stunning Leos after exiting black market.
