Your suggestion: Let swat members purchase swat shields for 2/3 DPS for 30 days. (or give it for free to swat vips)
Reason: It will be a purely cosmetic thing, It'll give no effects or whatsoever. I believe it might be entertaining for some members, and it can also be roleplayish.

Adding this item exclusively for Swat members for a cheap price would be unfair for other players who want to purchase it. You can just buy 'attachments' to obtain this item.
