Your suggestion: Allow SWAT members to see who's in Alcatraz in addition to regular jail cells.
Reason: SWAT should have more information when it comes to crime knowledge, they should be able to see who's inside Alcatraz as it contains classified information which S.W.A.T. members should have access to.

Your suggestion: Allow HWO+ to parole prisoners from Alcatraz.
Reason: Senior swat members should be able to parole any prisoner including those who are in Alcatraz (realistic).

I'm not a member of swat, however I think the first suggestion is a great idea and I think it'd be a neat little feature for you Swatties to enjoy. I don't support the second suggestion though, even though it's for HWO+; realistically, swat wouldn't have control over who gets to leave a maximum security prison, despite their rank.

Though the first suggestion is realistic, I don't find any reason to add it, especially when it won't make any difference in the gameplay.

As for the second suggestion, I'm afraid there's no way I can approve it.
