Anything else: In the first part of the video you can see him stealing my suspect on purpose. He always does this to me since I reported him last time and he got a warning for it. I just could not manage to record it every time. Also, he jumped on my heli on purpose to get me quizzed, and later his friend Mr.Kadh also jumped on my heli and I ended up being auto jailed.

Well, That's insult is a joke as everyone knows that Kosmk and shrmota is insult in my country but everybody using it as joke in the game and i used it for joke not insulting you why would i insult you with those words you don't know, If i wanted to insult you i'll use English language to insult you, Second when you were dueling the person and i did arrested him I wasn't know you are dueling him honstely also i have asked you what did i do before you reporting me because i was will apology you but you said you will know and now i knew i'm really apology about arresting your suspect while being in a duel, Thanks! i'm ready for any punishment

First of all the insults were not used as jokes since we don't even talk much ingame. I always see you trashtalking and bitching on me. Also even if we ignore the suspect you arrested, how do you justify pushing my heli on purpose to flip it and jump on its blades on purpose? That was joke too right?

Those "jokes" are inappropriate to make with people who you don't know , or are not friends with.
You were flaming him before and you clearly have issues with Mockery.You were told to stop yet you continue to escalate this problem to the point of ruining his gameplay (jumping on his heliblade to get him quizzed, blatantly hunting him to annoy him)
We do not condone such behavior in our server.
You will receive a 7 day ban for community annoyance , since this is your 6th warning.
I want you to take that time and cool off, go through the rules again and make sure you follow them.
If this issue between you two cannot be solved by talking , i suggest simply avoiding/ignoring each other.
