Since money in game is NOT donated for, and is earned as an in-game reward, that is legal.

Unless we track DPs to ensure the points were not obtained by the player via real-life currency, we would run the risk of violating some country's restriction on games of chance. This is not such a necessary change to tread that fine line either way. I would not recommend it.
