Why should it be accepted: Every year we have a christmas event. And halloween event. And when we open gifts, we win so many things... but only keep the money, JCs, and DPs. The devs put so much time and effort into the gifts, but they're never used outside of these events. So my idea is simple... let us keep them. Find a rare (yes, make them more rare to find) santa hat? Use /collectables and select it any time of the year! Won a disco truck? Tow it from the car lot! Like I said, these things are already rare, and it's not giving an advantage, so why not?
