Reason: Hi guys, I'm Don, both real life and SAMP name are Don hahaha. So I wanna join because you guys seems fun. So far I've hang around with some of the members, especially TMH when present hunting hahaha. I'm actively robbing during daytime in my GMT but not so at night when the server is full. Although I don't actively cop-hunt, I surely will join you guys if you ask me in the future xD. You guys have cool bases etc. but most of all what I like is your community, so far I've seen that Blackouts is the most active and fun-loving group I've hung out with. So why not be one of you? Hahaha, would mean a lot for the chance you give me.

Thank you for submitting an application to Blackouts. Your application is deemed correct, but before staff team can either accept or deny you, you need to pass the in-game test. Your in-game test will contain some knowledge about Blackouts rules, driving and shooting. Also keep in mind, If you score less than 4/5 in rules part your application will be automatically denied. The rules part consists out a total of 11 questions and you may only have two questions incorrect, otherwise you will fail and be denied. A maximum of 5 days is given to take the test, if you do not take the test in 5 days, you will be denied.
