Anything else: I connect to server and 0.1 sec later there is already his pm asking for rank. I do /ignore, he reconnects. I do /pmoff, he comes to me and spams in /w for rank. I outrun him or kill him. He waits me at my garage as cop, cuffs me spams again. I have told him dozens of times that I'll report him and that asking for rank is not allowed. He reconnected multiple times to stop /ignore and even made new accounts to ask for rank again. And this isn't just from 1 day, this has been going on for week or two or even three. He got muted and jailed by admins many times and none of this stops him.
