I like this suggestion, but what if the cops aren't too closed to each other? Someone could help by sniping etc.
Maybe they have to be close to partner, and need to both accept it and then it doesn't matter anymore. And when someone types a command its stops the partnering so the reward is no longer split.
I like the suggestion though, +1.
