Wrong location to spawn vehicle?

Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear: Today
Describe the bug: If you donate for the new flatbed, you can't tow it. It says you have to go to the right shop. Mystery shop, Jefferson, LSA, and Marina don't work. Literally cannot spawn it.
Frequency: Always
Severity: Blocker
Steps to reproduce: Donate for a Flatbed, try to tow it anywhere, and be told you can't. We pay for these donation vehicles ;-; I'm out 9dps

I'm assuming that this has been fixed.

I will be keeping this open for some time if there are more problems occuring relating to this.
