Your relationship with the soldiers is really bad and your skills need to be improved as well, if you'd like to join our faction. Even though, I'm aware that you don't like playing as LEO, I would suggest you start playing as one and team up with the soldiers. This way, not only that you'll get to know them and improve your relationship with them, you'll also see how we work and get experience and skills from it.
