Take this from the Pagati Underboss: One in every five hits is abused in some way by the user who has the hit. The two most common ways people prevent us claiming a hit is AFKing in Alcatraz, and using /q when we get close. Once again, I said make hit contracts expirable for hit's that have been placed on people who rob mafia owned stores NOT people who have had 'hits' put on them. Is it really realistic everytime I'm about to leave the server to surrender to a hitman? What if there are no hitmen at the time i'm about to leave? I don't believe hitmen should be able to kill and rob people who have just spawned it's not fair.
However, you DO have Pagati as a resource. While we do mostly go out and hunt down hits, you can always ask one of us to claim your hit when you leave/log in and we will do so WITHOUT robbing you. And if by some misunderstanding one does you when you're surrendering, let me know and I'll handle it.

Why can't there be a rule where you either can't kill people as soon as they spawn or the suggestion I made of making hits expire whilst on server and removing the 'You left so you still have a hit in place'.Aquinas wrote:You have plenty of options. Two, join pagati discord, and ask someone to log in and claim it. We'll gladly do so.
Three: Find a safe place to hide and let the hit expire.
having said that... I'm wondering... do you realize this exists already? Hit's have a set time limit. They already expire, even the ones placed by the stores. However, if you leave and log back in, the time you had left DOUBLES (this is because of /q abusers). So really, I'm wondering if maybe you just didn't know that.

I haven't seen a single logical reason against this suggestion except "hit evade" well cops, swats and army deal with that all the time and there's forums to report that.Aquinas wrote:making hits expire whilst on serverKaru_Tepes wrote:Bank isn't open 24/7 and secondly does it sound sensible everyday to have to go onto discords and tell people to claim hits. just to not get killed on spawn, thirdly why do I have to do all of this just to avoid being killed on the spot just after spawning? They do! Every hit has a time limit! Use /info to see how long yours has left! Stop suggesting what already exists! You keep whining about this, but have been told repeatedly now that what you're suggesting is already the case! I'm not going to waste more time on this.

I'm not saying literally scrap 'hit contracts' what i'm saying is it needs to expire as soon as you leave the server. That's why everyone focuses on that, because it's literally what you suggested. Those are your own words right there. I've read your entire suggestion, and honestly... I've come to three finalizations. A) You are wrong/lying about the spawn killing. I have never been able to tell where a player will spawn unless they were a cop/group member and cops can also change their spawn. Maybe you got unlucky once and spawned right by a hitman, which is shit luck, but I cannot believe this is a daily occurrence with such outcomes being common. I need to see PROOF that you are dying within 10 seconds of spawn multiple times a day. B) It happened once, and you decided to whine about it without actually taking any other part of a rather complex system into account before posting, and only posted because you were upset. C) Someone is teleport hacking to you on spawn and killing you, which is a reportable offense and please get proof for staff if that's the case.
