Suggestion : Adding ATM in blackmarket

Totally positive for this suggestion.

There should be an ATM on the black market because I usually forget to keep more money in my pocket. Therefore, as soon as I go to buy items on the black market, I have to go to Jefferson again to withdraw the amount and usually have the risk of getting robbed while withdrawal.

This has been suggested twice and denied both times, it's unrealistic. Besides, there's ATM at Jefferson.

You can't have it all at BM. The BM is designed to be an 'in and out' place of purchase and not one for you to hang around. So, as others have already advised, withdraw funds elsewhere prior to making your way to BM.
