Why should it be accepted: in alca when cell doors are closed you have to wait around minute and half for it to open and then you can come close enough to player to use cmd. Yesterday I had this situation; some of us got arreated and we wanted to countinue cophunt quickly but doors were closed for so long that half of jail timer passed and then it wasnt even worth wasting jailcard

Can't see any harm in it. I think we should be able to just give jail cards and donation points without a range. It's a pain in the ass driving all the way to the trade center when you're trading with someone you trust.
