Sorry, but I'm not accepting your apologizes. You cuffed me and go away so the hitted criminal can kill me easily, its basically helping the criminal and also abusing the power of "cuff" and also you were together in pershing square and talking to each other. you'll know at that time that he has a hit because he killed me in that area. and also please look carefully at the proof that i've uploaded, you'll see on the killing list that guy killed me in my hitman skin.

Hello, no abuse of handcuffs has occurred as you could've been hostile and thus cuffed due to it. If the cop doesn't use his handcuffs to himself gain an advantage over a hitman, it should be fine.
