Honestly, your skills aren't that impressive. I've teamed with you few times and i've realized that you should spend more time practising it , and work on your english knowledge ,I still don't see any improvements on your communication skills and your attitude if you want to have my green lights , you still need and spend more time to represent the team , so i think you are not ready to join us.
