We already have too many cops and too few criminals. Increasing the paycheck will only incentivize earning cash through cop gameplay instead of robbing gameplay and will add to the problem.

Yes, that's exactly what I am saying. If you can earn good cash as a cop, there's literally no reason to be a criminal as cop is way easier; free shock aka taze, spawn with free weapons and armour, as well as vehicles (cars, bikes, heli).

I'm okay raising it, if we remove free shocks or something. The basic LSPD office is fully loaded at spawn, and doesnt pay anything. The basic criminal has to buy guns, drugs, items, and so on. Granted, criminals make more, but they have to WORK for it. What's to stop someone logging in as cop, standing in the safe zone, and just AFKing without pressing escape for a free paycheck? It's already possible, but at 20000 you'remaking good money... too easy to get rich doing literally nothing.

You get free weapons already... if you are interested in making money, try joining either of the two LEO based factions or just switch your skin to civilian and rob shops, that way you can rob thousand times more than you will ever make as a LEO, that is the whole purpose of criminals. -1
