Add new command in the server /group : groups !!

if someone is interested in a group, they can ask the leaders for information on how to join it. point is, whether this is a command or not, people will continue to spam for rights because they are just too lazy to follow the correct procedures

Exactly , not the same joining system for each group so that would be usless

maybe something like this would work:
- developers make cmd /groupinfo /ginfo
- leaders have to pay for their group to appear on /ginfo
- leaders get ability to write and edit their own dialog

/ginfo -> select group -> dialog appears

im pretty sure leaders can do that already but have to pay

Something like this was already being worked on, but it's on low priority as we have some more important updates we would rather release earlier.
