Why should it be accepted: Firstly, you added trucker a while back - great job! But it's time to add public transportation jobs - there even is a train/bus station at San Fierro!
For over 10 years, there have been placed two bus near LSA, but they're not being used as much as they should. You should add the jobs where you can drive bus around Los Santos, and when you increase levels, you should be able to drive through all of San Andreas when you hit a certain levels.
E.g: Level 1 - 10: Bus routes around Los Santos
Level 10 - 25: Bus routes around San Fierro
Level 25 - 50: Bus routes around Las Venturas
Level 50+: Able to drive routes from Los Santos to everywhere on the map.

We added a train mini-mission not so long ago and it is very rarely played. I'm not convinced this would be well utilized if we were to work on adding this. It would most likely turn out to be another abandoned feature just like the train is currently turning out to be.

Just my thoughts anyways, the suggestion remains open for more feedback.

i definitely think that driving a bus at 10 mph around the whole map would make the gameplay a lot more entertaining and enjoyable, i support this suggestion

I'm pretty sure that 70% of current player base doesn't even know about train mini-mission. I think that developers first need to (if there already isn't one) add an self-repeating message such as 'Interested in Tag? Apply at...' which would announce new features in game.

I'd like to see new mini-mission but I'd complete it once or twice because they're one time thing, at least for me. With so low amount of players, and pretty much none interested in such things, I have to say it's a waste of developers time.

I'd like to agree with you on the point of enjoyment. It's really fun to drive the train throughout the whole map, but going back to the added train mini-mission, we cannot deny that players use it rarely, and that means there is no interest in it.

I think that developers first need to (if there already isn't one) add an self-repeating message such as 'Interested in Tag? Apply at...' which would announce new features in game.

Faraon has asked about adding a new reminder message on the main chat, good idea but low success rate, because some people do not even read chat, they care only about playing. 
while they can care about the explanation in another way, I think the feature should've been announced with a special tutorial video. It'd be a solution.

I am not against the original idea because I really find It cool and enjoyable, but my opinion shows it's opposites, rather than positives.
