Why should it be accepted: Well, Since everyone everyone can buy a shop and gets and money from it, Currently all players keep robbing the banks for buying shops, You should allow us to have more then one like whatever we want, if even i want to buy 10, that's will be cool and will make the server active the people will collecting a money for buying shops.

i have no idea what you really mean, but i assume you want more player owned stores. Thing is, I still haven't gotten one, and many others don't have one either. I've been trying, but it's hard to get the money I need. Now, if so few players have shops because many do not, why should you get multiple? Why are you so entitled to have more than everyone else? Maybe I'll be ok with it... if you spend real world money on it and donate for them like we did for houses.
