Sorry but I don't think you're ready to join us,
the swat gameplay is quite different from the others as you know we suppose to work together at all time so that makes something like your attitude or behavior is a bit more important than you think, for me that's more important than all experience or skills you got and from what I have seen from you I don't think you have the requirements for being swat member so my vote's (Negative).
