Add a cooldown on using swat bomb

Swat bomb is a pretty good feature but I do believe that it’s pretty much over powerful in certain situations but to balance it out S.W.A.T can modify some official rules for the bomb specifically.
I see most of the people complaining to be bombed in a one on one fight/chase, so maybe the faction doesn’t allow the members to use it in a one on one fight/chase unless it’s a mountain bike or something like that.
Cool down won’t make any change and I’m pretty sure S.W.A.T members don’t use the bomb every time or on every single player.

You remobed Vortex and removed 2 shoots and now we can't jump on car and shooting, Now we cophunting in lsa or motel and when swats came all what they doing is using bomb imagine paying a lot of your money to buy things from black market and after found swats or one swat using bomb and killing/Cuffing the whole team and you trying to use /bc it failed do you think we gonna be happy? or let's say we escaped from his cuff other swat gonna use bomb and we got cuff again do u think i will be happy while being in jail? Armys Nowdays using helis to kill us only helis or vehicles or tank everyone can say that, And if we made a cophunt at motel or house swat enter use bomb and cuff us and with the swat you will see a cop to /Ar us... do you think I'll be happy in jail lmfao and of course i will use jailcard to get out and continue the team and swats gonna use bomb and arrest us again and again and again and in 1 hour i will lose like 20jailcards because swat bomb and if i didn't use jailcard i will miss the cophunt. As i remember i saw in discord someone suggest add cooldown for vertex because cops have no chance, you didn't accepted his suggest you removed vortex... Now remove swat bomb or at least accept this suggest and add cooldown to swat bomb.

I dont get your point to be honest. ARMY and SWAT are totally different faction. Army is typically about killing suspects and SWAT does the other way which is taking you to the red checkpoint and have you jailed. If you are not happy with being jailed, why would you even commit a crime in the first place?

bro most of the time the detonator is bugged, whenever I wanna use it i always end up dying cuz I keep spamming /detonator praying to god it will work. If it really is causing a issue then u can have a global cd on bomb usage (like tazeref needs 20 sec cd after each taze, smth like that). But then make the bomb detonateable by a command so that it will work 100% of the time

okay i don't want to be jailed other criminals doesn't want too okay okay tell me now how can we gain money? As i remember when anyone asking how to gain money what players answer rob player by /rob or rob shops or bank if we did that we will be wanted and leos will areest us somehow before we doing anything. i want to gain money but i don't want to be jailed how so... i used to fish for like 2hours and cops keeping searching me they found nothing because i didn't fish in fish zone because i don't want to be jailed i fished in normal place for 1 hour and i got 25k do you want me to fish 4 hours to gain 100k??

I'd suggest keeping the CD as-is and reminding SWAT members to utilize SSB when it's truly essential rather than just putting it indiscriminately when the odds are in their favor. Veen may probably do this by speaking to his members and outlining when to deploy the SSB and when not to.

Okay i am with you but why sometimes while am wanted and swats behind me they using bomb? does that right one criminal vs more than one swat and swats using bomb how so explain that please

First, I have to agree with Veen here, it is normal for a LEO faction to be causing more threats.
Now I have never used the SSB before, but I know that it was nerfed many times before.
And I may not have been a SWAT member for that long but I can say that we really uncommonly use the SSB on single suspects, only when we are outnumbered, multiple criminals in 1 vehicle, or a cophunt is happening.
And also it has been really difficult to adapt to the new playstyle of SWAT in V10.
Like other members said, there is a bug on the SSB that fails the detonator switch, and this can be so threatening that it can easily get you killed if it fails on the wrong time, thus we also have to deal with this of risking to use the SSB.
And we were given these weapons because our job is much harder then yours, we have to chase you down and properly taze and cuff you.
And all you have to do is simply kill us, there are many ways we can instantaneously be killed: either chainsaw, sniped from a rooftop, helibladed, outnumbered, etc.
and thus we were given these weapons to balance it out more,
And the criminal team has a lot of weapons as well like /bc where if you do a successful /bc And get cuffed immediately after, there is no cooldown on a successful /bc so you can repeatedly keep spamming it, and there are some videos of SWAT members constantly cuffing a criminal when they are spamming /bc and being successful most of the time.
And also you are able to /shock us while you are cuffed which I think is unfair.
and also for the auto /bc, that is a very high advantage because it simply doesn't matter how fast you are because the server will not allow you to /taze as fast as you auto breaking cuffs thus making it impossible to drag you.
And for the V10 we constantly have to have 2-3 SWAT Escort vehicles and it is very hard to manage.
And I am mentioning some things that also apply to you but that's what you've been doing as well.
Constantly mentioning how that car smurf was disabled and so was 2-shot sawn off, this also applies all also applies to us and thus making it very hard to adapt to our playstyle and yet we rarely complain.
