Even if you were AFK however, you still broke the rule by AFKing in a spot you could not be harmed. And my screenshots show very clearly you were NOT AFK because your hit timer was clocking down.

After reviewing my video of the event, I saw that NeeeeeeeeeeX was already inside of Vic's Hideout when the hit was placed. Since it's likely he was AFK already when the hit was placed, I do have the evidence to support this report, and as such will be dismissing it.

I've also been informed of a mod that is allowing people to press the esc key without going "AFK" which is letting their hit timer run out even though they are in fact AFK. It's likely players are not aware that the timer pauses when you are AFK, and that this mod is allowing them to bypass that. I'd like to have discuss if that mod classifies as an illegal third party mod/using it this way is abuse. But for now, dismissed.
