Where does the bug appear: server
When did the bug appear: maybe a week ago, not sure
Describe the bug: you get wanted for carrying wanted player but wanted player is not there
Frequency: rare
Severity: minor
Steps to reproduce: not really sure

Since the changes with car-surfing have been reverted, I'm going to close this. Please reopen if it still continues! :)
