Why should it be accepted : I Know there could be some reason it was closed during the update But, just if you re-open it it would be easier for us to rob the casino and also try to escape the Lspd near to the casino as it will be hazzle free and save money and also our precious time .
Just for fun sake, because i don't find any valid reason for it to be closed except that we have to travel too far to L.V to rob with C4.[If there is any, than you may feel free to reject it without revealing the reason]
