Hero_Man, I'll go with a Negative, Your test results are poor you really need to work on that.

When it come to attitude I'm not quite sure about it, Sometimes you're nice and sometimes you're not especially with newbie's,I highly recommend you to treat people fairly and with respect.

If I see improvement on any of that that is mention above maybe I will give you my green light next time.
