Well, as for drugs refilling system it's updated as well, and i don't think so about other ideas will be acceptable...

I've made it so drug dealers will now spawn with 200 grams of drugs instead of 0. Also, item packets will refill 15 items instead of 10. As for the rest of your suggestions, no. Thank you for your suggestions!
