Samp randomly wont work

So, my samp has been working fine (few bugs and crashes, the usual) but suddenly it now just refuses to work. Anytime I connect to the server, it just fails to launch and does nothing. It's never done this before, and I changed nothing, but I've tried the following fixes to no avail...

uninstall/reinstall san andreas and samp
updated drivers
widescreen fix
silent patch
BITS
compatibility settings
deleted gta_sa.dat

So if anyone has any ideas, please lemme know or DM me on discord

Yeah, still not sure what happened to my copy, but Meow's copy works better than mine ever did, and looks way nicer. Everyone should check it out.

I actually had a friend do a PC check for me this morning, and it turns out that when Windows updated, it didn't recognize my gta_sa.exe (not even from steam, the official and PURCHASED copy) and locked them all as "Read only" which there is a way around, but because I trashed my build in an attempt to save everything, I'm just using Meow's far superior version because it works WAY better and looks better.
