We need more criminals!!

Hi, recently I have been seeing that sometimes, even when the server has many players, there are many cops and innocent players but almost no criminals at all, as you can see in this screenshot:



In that moment the server was having "only" 27 players, but this has happened also when it has twice that number, so we need a solution for this situation. What I suggest is to calculate the ratio between criminals (orange and red), and the rest of the players. If that ratio gets below a certain value, then criminals start to automatically get money at a steady rate during the time in which they are wanted and the mentioned ratio is low. This would motivate innocent players to commit crimes to become wanted and start earning money, increasing the number of criminals in the server.
I know that the suggestions board is closed but this is necessary and can't be that hard to implement.

But that would have the following problems

- We have a money limit that you can carry, and say someone is close to that, it'll give them cash and boom bant
- This would require timers which Energ doesn't want.


To easily get more criminals, just start a riot, it will easily make all those players wanteds, some of the cops might even switch over.

Add more robing places/Mini wanted player missions.

Well I have never got autobanned for carrying too much money, when I reach the limit I just start dropping it.

I just got another idea to attract criminals: we could make them all spawn with MP5, so they can db while still having to buy all the other weapons.

Another option regarding the "criminal ratio" that I mentioned at first (you know, the ratio between criminals and rest of players), could be that instead of giving money (which would need a timer), criminals get a free item like a wallet or a cork, or discounts on buying vehicles, etc.
