Reason: Hello my friends, today i finally took the step and I got denied on my first appeal and I want to reapply for the Hooligans and get the chance to be one of this group, now im playing everyday and I can spend my time whole day, how most of the group members are really friendly with amazing skills, When i started play the server a long time ago and started to like criminal role even more that's why i wanted to be a part of you guys, i really hope i can give everything i can do to the group if i got accepted.
