CNR task - 4/5 [Applicant were given 7 minutes to kill two LEOs, the task has been completed in 3 minutes .]

Tester's opinion.

I think the applicant is skilled enough to be a part of us, but I'm not sure about his attitude nor game style as applicant is quite inactive and recently unbanned.
