First of all, please use the correct format.
Now about the report, a screenshot is insufficient to proof that you were using a Hooligan vehicle and he reset-ed it without asking you, kindly to provide more proofs or upload a video if possible. Let me know if you cant provide more proofs and we will dismiss the report.
On the other hand, the staff will decide how we're going to approach our members and what punishment will be taken against them ,please respect the staff team and let us decide what punishment is reasonable for the rule breakers.

Well, Kavin has been demoted to rank 1, and his money will be returned as soon as possible. Additionally, you've killed him while wearing the Hooligans skin, which is not allowed for taking or claiming hits without confirmation. Therefore, you are also being kicked. I suggest you read the group rules before returning.
