Players can access old names to impersonate users

Describe the bug: If you change your name, players can make a new account using your old name(s)

Severity: Major
Steps to reproduce: If someone changes their name, you can create a new account using their old name and this has serious implications as it could be used to impersonate well known users, staff, scam, and if anyone wants to return to an old name, it can of course prevent that.

This is intended behaviour. You are able to see old names on the website as you should ingame. If you believe people actively use this to impersonate, contact the admin team.
