When did the bug appear: Halloween
Describe the bug: Always
Severity: Minor
Steps to reproduce: This Pumpkin spawns with the message saying it's in "San Fierro" but it's actually in Easter Basin

FYI, Some pumpkins in halloween mode (same goes for presents in christmas mode) cannot automatically retrieve a precise location, since we don't manually set the location but rather retrieve it automatically. if that's the case, it will display a bigger, but still in range location.

I have changed the location of this pumpkin.
