I would like to thank you for submitting an application to Hooligans. Before we ACCEPT or DENY you, you must pass our test that consists of knowledge of the group rules. Hooligans rules consist of 10 questions of which you will need to answer at least 9 out of 10 questions correctly to pass the test you will be given 7 days to get tested, or the result will be denial. Do not bother the tester; they will only take your test if they are available.
