Skin selection menu didn't appear [HELP NEEDED]

I have a fix (confirmed by Ritz, Karu and Mahmoud) that I'm gonna roll out manually in the next couple of days. I will post here once it is pushed to the main server.

I have roughly tested basic explosion deaths by now and in all cases you should respawn 99% of the times correctly. There might be some side-effects like teleporting some other place first or F4 looking weird but they shouldn't be as bad as before (F4 will still double kill, but not in killfeed and chat so you wont technically die twice).

This now fixed for 100%. I've noticed some players (with high ping/bad internet) spawn at a default spawn somewhere if a group is selected. I will look into this when I have the time.
